In order to activate this feature of windows perform the following steps-
⇒ Right-click on your Recycle Bin,
⇒ Click on Properties,
⇒ Deselect the "Display delete confirmation dialog",
⇒ Click on OK button.

2) Open several favourite sites automatically :
In order to activate this feature of IE perform the following steps-
⇒ open Tool menu option,
⇒ than select internet options command,
⇒ now click on "General" tab
⇒ now you can enter all your favourite site name one after other one in
each line in the home page entry field,
⇒ Now click on OK button and restart you IE,
Thats it you have done IE now open all your favourites sites in saperate tab

3) Synchronize your computer's clock with an Internet time server :
In order to activate this feature of windows perform the following steps-
⇒ Double - click on your system clock located on the right side of your
system's task bar
⇒ click on the internet time tab,
⇒ Select the time server you want,
⇒ and make sure to select the automatically synchronize with an internet time
server check box,
Thats it you have done IE now open all your favourites sites in saperate tab
